Leadership Academy
The Diocesan Office of Catholic Schools is sponsoring a Leadership Academy for potential Catholic school administrators. Academy members will meet at the Office of Catholic Schools for four meetings during the 2009-2010 school year and five meetings during the 2010-2011 school year.
To name just a few of the topics to be discussed over the nine sessions are as follows:
- The overview and history of the Diocese of Youngstown,
- Church documents related to school,
- Private school law,
- Personnel and Certification,
- Testing interpreting and using data,
- Social justice, and
- Strategic planning.
